Shipping policy

 We work hard to get all items shipped out between 24-48 hours Monday - Friday. Sometimes unforeseen things happen that don't allow for this. Holiday weekends or large sales weekends can affect this as well. If for some reason your item hasn't shipped in a week please reach out to me at kocomallillc@gmail.com. Please note, we partner with multiple warehouses as well so despite being on the same order, items can ship from multiple locations but you only pay 1 rate! We cover the rest for you if it ships from multiple spots!

Please note we do not cover or refund if the shipping address is provided incorrect to us or not deliverable via usps due to insufficient address. Once it is delivered back to us we'll contact you via email to get a new address and invoice you the new shipping. If you refuse the new shipping, we'll donate the item.
